Wow! What can I tell you about Enterprise Kaizen!! I’m still feeling the drive and gears moving inside my head on how can I problem solve? How can I be Lean (give myself time back). I have such good notes and a direction on where I can take projects and problems and think Kaizen “change-for the better”. Thom came in and trained our key people in in the Lean methodologies to implement in the manufacturing of our flexible containment systems for the Pharma business, and was the best I had seen and worked with in my 39 years in manufacturing. Most Lean people just talked the Lean philosophy with no real practical substance or capabilities to implement. Thom is the entire package. He has solid teaching practices and uses a combination of conference room training and live events on the production floor to implement the ideas he receives from the cross functional team.
